If you’d like to learn before then, private lessons are available throughout the summer. Whether you’re just getting started, looking to build your skills, or have a specific project in mind, lessons can be tailored to your goals. Private sessions are available for individuals or small groups.

Intro to Crochet Workshop – Level 0
Interested in learning to crochet?
This workshop is designed for complete beginners who have never picked up a crochet hook, as well as anyone who could use a refresher. No prior experience is necessary, and all materials are provided.

Crochet Basic Stitches – Level 1
This beginner-friendly workshop is perfect for students who have completed Intro to Crochet or anyone looking to learn or refresh the essential crochet stitches. You’ll learn the half double crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, and other techniques that form the foundation of many crochet patterns.

Crochet Essential Techniques – Level 1
This beginner-friendly workshop focuses on the techniques that give crochet projects texture, shape, and dimension. You’ll learn increases, decreases, front and back loop stitches, and other essential techniques used in everything from garments and blankets to amigurumi.

Classic Granny Square Basics – Level 2
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to crochet in the round, create the iconic granny square using double crochet clusters, and finish your work with an invisible join. By the end of class, you’ll have the skills to create blankets, bags, garments, and many other projects built from granny squares.
Prerequisite: Comfortable with single crochet. Experience with double crochet stitch is helpful but not required. Crochet Basic Stitches is recommended but optional.

Intro to Amigurumi – Level 2
This beginner-friendly workshop introduces the shaping techniques that are the foundation of amigurumi. You’ll learn how to make increases and decreases while crocheting a simple stuffed ball—the essential building block for creating animals, dolls, characters, and other fun 3D crochet projects.
Prerequisite: Comfortable with the single crochet stitch. Experience with increases and decreases is helpful but not required. Crochet Essential Techniques is recommended but optional.

Special Pricing
Discount for Repeated Classes
Learning crochet can be challenging and for some. one class is not quite enough to grasp all the concepts. To help ensure success, any class can be repeated at a 20% discount. The discount applies to repeated scheduled group classes or to a private lesson for that class.
Crochet Tutoring
This is for those who have specific issues you’re trying to work through. Whether you’ve purchases a kit, or a pattern you are having trouble with or just looking for one-on-one help, you can scheudule a session and we can work through it together. The cost is $25 for one hour and $5 per 15mins over that. For example, a 1.5 hour session would be $35.
Private Classes
You can schedule a private class at a time that is convenient for you. The cost is $45 a class or if you have a party of 2 or more people, you can schedule a class for $40/pp

Are you interested in learning crochet? This class is designed for beginners who have never picked up a crochet hook or need a refresher, no prior experience is necessary.

A beginner-friendly class covering essential basic stitches. This class is a follow-up to “Intro to Crochet” or for anyone looking to learn or relearn the crochet basic stitches.
Crochet Essential Techniques
This beginner-friendly class focuses on essential crochet techniques that add tecture and shape to your projects from garments to amigurumi.
Intro to Amigurumi
This beginner-friendly class introduces shaping techniques that form the foundation of amigurumi! Learn how to make increases and decreases by crocheting a simple stuffed ball—building your foundation for future 3D projects.
Classic Granny Square Basics
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to start a round, master the double crochet stitch, and create the signature granny square clusters. Plus, I’ll show you how to seamlessly join your squares using an invisible join – perfect for making blankets, bags, and more!
Classes are $35 and are 2 to 2.5 hours long depending on the class size. All necessary materials are included in the cost. Click this link for full descriptions and schedule. The schedule is updated monthly so check often.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Regarding no-shows and cancellations:
I understand that unexpected events can disrupt plans. If you are unable to attend a class you’ve registered for, please notify me promptly. The refund and the transfer policy is outlined below:
- Cancellation up to five days before the class: You are eligible for a full refund or can transfer your registration without any charges.
- Cancellation within five days of the class: No refund will be issued, but you can transfer your registration to another class for a $10 fee.
- Cancellation on the day of the class: No refund will be issued, but you can transfer your registration to another class for a $20 fee.
- No-shows: Unless due to extenuating circumstances, no-shows are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
